Chicken


 
The chicken breasts turned out great. I'll post pictures tomorrow. Very nice flavor and juiciness.

Today I did a whole chicken using Myron Mixon's recipe... amazing. It was tender and juicy with a great flavor.

If there's still one thing I'm learning it's moderating the heat. I've got to learn how to keep the temps more steady, although it didn't affect either recipe.
