Chicken Wings



Since the Super Bowl is only a few weeks away and the Daytona 500 a little over a month away, I wanted to share this tasty treat among chicken wing fans for game day or race day.

Hope you enjoy the wings as much as our family does.

Hey Brian, wings do sound like a good idea for the Superbowl! (If my boys the Raiders made it I'd be in Tampa now, maybe next year.)

I have made wings for years by bbqin' them slowly, then burnin em for a couple of minutes at the end, mostly for looks (never thought to smoke em, gonna try that tomorrow w/ my pork tops) then I mix 50/50 "Franks Hot Sauce" (I love that stuff!) & melted butter, then I let the wings swim in the stuff for a while. I think there pretty good this way too.
