Chicken Sausage in the raw.

Hi all,

Anyone have an idea about how long to smoke raw chicken sausage? I have long links about 12 inches each. I want to throw 'em on the top rack with some other stuff. Plan to smoke at about 225 to 235 tomorrow.

I did some fresh pork sausage in the WSM a couple of weeks ago. Took about an hour but thats all i did. Didn't use the water pan, and be carefull with the amount of wood used. Takes on smoke pretty quick. Cook to an internal temp of 165 Hope this helps. Bryan
