Wow Matt,

The seasonings and color of those mouth-watering looking chicken leg quarters looked almost 3D - like every peppercorn wanted to jump out of the screen and into my mouth.

That's about as all-American as you can get - chicken and a cast-iron skillet all getting busy on a charcoal grill...

Leg quarters are one of the best BBQ bargains in the store.

When I was in school we could buy a 10 lb. bag for $3.90. Grab a few cans of the cheapest pork and beans and some loaves of bread, and you had a party for under $10.

I can remember when it was a quarter of that price , but that's a menu ill party with any day !
