Chicken Pieces - Best Way?

Hi all, I was going to do some quick chicken parts in my Weber and was just wondering how long and at what temperature.

I figured on 250 degrees for maybe 2 1/2 hours adding BBQ sauce about 1/2 hour before finish.

This will be my first cut up chicken and I figured I'd check here before I committed.

Thanks!

You might take a look at my Turbo Chicken method. That's my regular week-night chicken dinner cook. In fact, last night I did about 10 lb of bone-in chicken breasts in the first load, which were done in about 45 minutes to an hour. Then put on a load of brats and a big ol' 3-lb fattie, and when THOSE were done I still had enough heat left to cook up a 10-lb bag of leg quarters. (I like to cook up a lot of chicken, remove it from the bone, and package it in 1-lb packages to use in other recipes.)
