Chicken Madras Curry recipe?

Does anyone have one? Specifically, I'd like the recipe for the Swizzle Inn's version in Bermuda, but I'll take what I can get.

There are a lot of recipes, but none that are entirely like this one. I think the problem is that the name is kind of a generic term. The curry in question had chicken, tomatoes, carrot, potatoes, and maybe celery. I can't find anything quite like it.

Most americans are not aware that a curry dish is like a stew and does not have any specified ingredients. A lot of the flavor depends on the curry powder you use (I personally have 5 different powders).
