I’m a big fan of chicken livers but I’ve never smoked them. I found a recipe for bacon wrapped chicken livers that you smoke for 2.5 hours at 250, anyone tried this?
 
No,
But if you saute mine in a fry pan with onions and peppers I can eat a bunch. Love those babies
