Chicken leg/thigh combo

Does anyone have any good recipes for leg thigh combos. Also any tips for cooking temps and times for about 20lbs of chicken.
Any insight is appreciated.

Check out the roadside chicken recipe, you can't go wrong with that. 20# of chicken all at once might be difficult, depending on your equipment.
 
Couldn't agree with Ethan more, over 500 + posts can't be wrong ROADSIDE CHICKEN we should bronze Bryan S' WSM for submitting this recipe. We do ours skinless with excellent results. I find marinading overnight works well and the basting is key to creating that killer flavor. ****, I want some for breakfast now.
 
Definitely Roadside. If you haven't had it, you've never had anything like it! It's fantastic, super simple, and a crowd pleaser. Marinate overnight, then baste as many times as you have juice for. Each baste will build a tiny bit of flavor.
 
Roadside is excellent, don't be afraid to marinate for a long time! Heck, you could do a wide variety of other types too if you're doing 20#, use your favorite rub (I like Galena Street for one), high heat, slow smoke, can't really go wrong.
 
I trim the excess fat/skin.. rub down and cook at 325-350.. it should take from 45 mins to an hour to finish up.. 20 lbs may take a little longer.

I use no water with vents open and may need to crack the lid some to encourage the temps to get that high.
