I have found an excellent sale on chicken leg quarters and have ten lbs. (only $3.43!!) resting in various and sundry marinades as we speak. I intend to cook between 250-275 if possible as I want to get a little crisp on the skin. My question is this: Does anyone have an estimated cook time for these? They are medium sized, and while I have done breasts and on the throne I haven't done quarters before. Other recipes and results have indicated anywhere between 2 1/2 and 4 hours. Any input would be sincerely appreciated!
