Perfect day today in Missouri, reflecting off the lid. Oh, and cookies…

Not much different looking….will probably swap the red onions for vidalia next time, they looked good but had a half sweet, half rotting-trash taste to them. They didn’t ruin the meal, we just skipped them.

I marinate the chicken & veggies in an Italian dressing, this will ensure that the chicken gets some caramelization/color.
