chicken ideas?

O.K...I'm open to suggestions for dinner tonight, and I'm thinking chicken (either on the WSM or on the gasser). I like everything. First person to post (or link to) a good recipe for chicken that you've tried and liked (either whole or pieces) I'll cook it immediately! One thing...no pricey ingredients, within reason. In other words, it shouldn't start like "take 1/2 pound of Malaga smoked saffron out of the safe, and then..."

Marinate in Garlic and Herb 30 minute marinade. Then sprinkle on some Chef Paul Prudomme's Chicken rub. Smoked over hickory. Crisped on a grill to finish. Simple, inexpensive and delicious!

the very first chicken recipe in the BBQ bible is awesome. it has a combo of scallions, olive oil, paprika, and other spices. I usually do a whole chicken with a beer can device. Comes out better than restaurant quality.
