Deboned these recently and defrosted them yesterday.
Skin on, boneless breasts and thighs for chicken fajitas tonight.
It’s been raining and cold the past two days but looks clear enough to grill later today.
Will sear then go indirect on these with some smoke wood and slice and serve with sautéed peppers and onions. Black beans and some arroz on the side. Maybe some frozen margs too.
Usual pollo asado recipe. Need to whip up a pico salsa as well.
Five large breasts and 5 thighs total.
