John posted chicken fajita pitas last week. They looked so good that I made a point of buying the ingredients. I made it as close as possible with my own twist.. So here we go...
I cut up the onions and bell peppers and jalapeños. I tossed them on the cast iron.
Grilled the chicken and seasoned with webers kickin chicken.
After that I mixed together so everyone can be happy.
I finished them inside on my wife's panini griddle. I think that's the name. I stuffed the pita and added chesse. It crisped the outside and cheese melted all over the place. Thanks for the recipe John Solak.
