Chicken-Avocado Salad

Chicken-Avocado Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
2 TB. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 TB. blue cheese, crumbled
5 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
4 bananas, cut into 1" pieces
1 avocado, cubed
bibb lettuce

Blend mayo and lemon juice. Add next 3 ingredients, blend well. Add chicken and celery. Mix well and chill. Just before serving add bananas and avocado.
Arrange on lettuce leaves. 6 servings
