Hello everyone.
I am new to this forum, i have stopped in to VWBB to look at recipes and tips for smokin on the Weber Charcoal grills.

What brought me to the Forum was a link to the Smokey Joe Mini Smoker Mods.

And I am impressed with all the community collective ideas and amazing builds, so as others have been I am inspired to build my own Mini Smokey Joe Mini Smokey MT Cooker.

Growing up I always watched and helped my old man smoke our Thanksgiivng Turkey On the Weber 22.5 Charcoal grill.
Now as a family man I do the same, I am eagerly looking forward to Smoking this years bird on my own mini SMokey Joe/WSM.

Great community , awesome designs and ideas.

Welcome from the San Fernando Valley. I also do my turkey in my Performer. This year, since I now have a WSM, I will do it in the WSM. They taste great. Glad to have you here.

Chad, we have a big advantage In Socal, the holiday season will probably be shorts and t-shirt weather.
