Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork) / Singapore Noodle


 
Great! I see it all the time. But never quite get it right myself.
Then again I like it dry and well done. I should do this for when everyone get together. Could be a long time.
oh and I ain't that good a cook. Yours is great

DH is out in the kitchen now, making the marinade for the Char-Siu. Looks like we will be having it tomorrow night for dinner. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!
