Ceramics briquettes in water pan

Have anyone tried ceramic briquettes instead of water in water pan..22.5wb

Sure it's been done before.. I've never tried it, but read posts where others have.

Been trying to find Sonething, where you find it at?

The LAST thing I am is an expert on this but my first thought would be if they are porous, they will hold grease like crazy.

Normally I would defer to someone that used them. but since you asked HD , Lowes or Ace should have them.
