Man that looks delish! I have yet to try a CE steak! After your cook I gotta give em a whirl! What type of steak are the CE similar to??

Love the CI usage as well----- that a lodge by chance?

Chuck Eye are similar to the rib eye. Actually it is right next to the rib eye on the beef charts. Yes sir that is Lodge CI.
