I was wondering who out there has a catering business. I in Based in Southern California, and thinking about starting my own part time gig. The only problem is... I have no idea where to start. Any help would be greatly apperciated.
Look under the find column for catering ,lots of info. Lots of rules from your friendly health department too . I'm trying to start the same thing in my area ,already started my collection of hotel pans and thermals.
