Matt Gard TVWBB All-Star Jun 13, 2013 #1 I have a VERY large CI kettle that I got that had been repurposed into a flower planter. Someone drilled a half inch hole in the bottom. I'd love to get this repaired and bring it back to life. Any advice on how to get a hole in CI repaired?

S Steve Cleveland TVWBB Pro Jun 14, 2013 #7 I would can think of a few ways to fix that braze it, drill and tap it for a pipe plug or weld it with a nickel rod, the first two would be the easiest. where are you at in Indiana?
