Everyone has their favorite meal. At the risk of losing my forum membership, I think this is it even over BBQ
Carne Asada marinated all day cooked with mesquite.
Lump is getting ready and a chunk of mesquite is on standby.
Coals are ready and the mesquite is too!
Mr. Lampe says I need to post pictures with the "Meat in the Heat"
Rest and chopped while the pan fried white corn tortillas are being made.
All plated up with a side of black beans.
There you have it. This would be my last meal if I ever had to pick.
