Last night I made some Carne Asada tacos as I had a craving for some. I marinaded it for a couple of hours using some fresh cilantro I had growing on the patio. Opened a Corona and lit the grill. While the grill got ready, I prepped the fixings for the tacos. I got the grill to 450 this time to get a nice char on the meat. I charred one a little too much, but it was still tasty. They came out great and my craving for tacos was cured, for now.
