I've been cooking popcorn in a pan or skillet on the stove and I'm wondering how to get that sweetened kettle corn crispy sweet finish.
Last time I tried I used ~2T peanut oil (I'm out of coconut oil), probably 1T honey, but the honey burned. I'm thinking of adding the honey later but still before the kernels start popping... Sweet & Salty is what I'm after. Might need to lower the temperature a little too I guess.
