This is my favorite wing recipe. It has been buried in my "Chicken Wing" thread posted 7-15-21

Caramelized Chicken Wings

1 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 TB. peanut butter
1 TB. honey
2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 TB. minced garlic
12 large chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut in half at joint
1 tsp. sesame seeds, or to taste (optional)

1. In an electric skillet or a large skillet over medium heat, mix together the ingredients until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
2. Place the wings into the sauce, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer until the wings are tender and the sauce has thickened, about 30 more minutes, spooning sauce over wings occasionally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

DH just told me that he is making this recipe for us tonight because he knows it is my favorite. Tonight will be the 10th time we have had it. Sorry it is not a grill recipe.

And yes it is still good the 10th time as it was the 1st time. Thank you Sweetheart!!!!!!

We have had a lot of other wing recipes, BUT, I still keep coming back to this one. My dear, sweet hubby is making them for me again tonight.

Had a very nice treat to go with the wings. Our darling sweet daughter joined us for dinner.
