I have just purchased and am waiting for a 37cm WSM to arrive by courier. I already have a Q300 & 57 cm Gold.
The WSM is relatively new on the South African market & looks like great fun.

I have not made biltong - Cape Town does not have the ideal climate to air dry meat.
Funnily enough I have just posted a question as to how one would go about making smoked dried boerewors on a WSM.
