Can't re-light middle burner on Genesis S-310 nat. gas grill.

Just purchased our new Genesis S-310 natural gas grill. I've discovered that, if I'm cooking via the indirect method and turn the middle burner off, I can't re-light it unless I shut down the 2 outer burners first.
Is this normal? Brand-new grill. Thanks in advance.

I would say try doing the same process but with other burners (l & r). If it follows to other burners I suspect you have a pressure/regulator issue going on. If it stays on the center than it may be a faulty ignitor on that burner
