Can’t get passed go

Trying to get my stoker up & running. Plan has been to play with it before I try to cook
With it. I have all my probes set in stoker & the blower. I can’t get stoker log to recognize the stoker. At home I couldn’t even get an IPO add. I’m traveling so I carried everything with me straight wired with cat 5 cable I now have an ip add but keep getting this message in the status bar of stoker log Can't Open Stoker web interface: 3/24/2010 8:20:04 PM any ideas to what I’m doing wrong

So to clarify, you are able to open and talk to stoker using the browser. Right? If so, then you are probably typing something like this into the browser address line: http://192.XX.XX.XX

When you go to stokerlog, you must only type the IP address part, i.e. 192.XX.XX.XX. Do NOT put http:// ahead of it.

Thanks, you were correct. I haven’t tried communicating straight to stoker yet But I ‘m home tonight and just finished setting up my bridge
& now I’m communicating with stoker log
Stoker log is showing my blower and probes. Next few days I will start learning stoker log & how to use my I phone to monitor & communicate with stoker

I have a linksys wireless G ethernet bridge.
when home where i have wireless internet i type in the 192.`68.--- and it works with my stoker.
if i go to a comp will the same process work?

Short answer, if you have the bridge at comp, then yes, everything is the same. If you don't use the bridge, then you have to reconfigure your PC to assign IP addresses, etc.
