California Surf and Turf

Had a killer weekend of weather here in So Cal. With highs in the 80's it was a perfect weekend to fish and cook! Friday went diving and caught 4 lobsters and grabbed a limit of huge scallops also (amazing how few people know how easy it is to pry giant scallops right off the rocks here when diving). Picked up a few bone in NY's and we were set. Used a few ideas that picked up from this site and grilled these bad boys over lump. The picture doesnt do it justice. Nothing beats fresh local caught seafood........cant wait do do it again!!! SURF and TURF

Looks great Damon! Wish i could catch a nice looking meal like that doing a little Freediving but Rough Fish is all we are allowed to take here. Plus the water is a little hard this time of year. ha ha ha
