Cajun Stuffed Duck on rotisserie

Bought a deboned duck stuffed with cornbread dressing and coated with Cajun spices from Bergeron's Boudin and Cajun Meats. Their main store is in Port Allen, near Baton Rouge, and they just opened a branch near me in Shreveport.

Directions called for 2 hours at 350. I opted for the rotisserie with higher temps and less time. Turned out nice. We paired it with two of their stuffed potatoes, which were darned good. They also offer potatoes stuffed with shrimp and crab. May have to try that next time.
