I could have sworn I read a post about this recently but can't seem to find it. I live in NY. Where do you all buy your wood chunks? HD seems to only carry Hickory and Mesquite and my wife doesn't like the Hickory. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.
My local hardware store actually had a good selection of smoking woods (apple, maple, cherry). It's a TrueValue hardware store in Millwood, NY (Westchester County).
