I was at Costco today and ran across prime top sirloin roast with cap. I've been keeping my eyes open for something like this for over a year, wanting to try picanha at home. I just threw it in my cart and will figure out details later. Haha.



Standing in the store, I already found a couple of great threads on this forum. I may reach out with more questions later.
