button issues?

I finished my 6th 4.2.4 board today and I came up on a problem that has stumped me.

I am only getting button presses to the right, all other directions are not working. I verified resistors are correct, I verified that Atmega functions correctly in another board, I verified I have 3.3 volts to all resisters and checked continuity. I even replaced button and same problem. Not sure what else to check.

Any suggestions?

Well if anybody else has an issue of only getting left button presses and nothing else, then check to make sure you don't use an 10k resister instead of a 1k resistor, oops. Does not help when you have a bit of colorblindness also, hehe. All seems to be working now.
 
I checked all of mine with a VOM.... if it wasn't the right one I wrote the value on the package-----
