Butt roast

We need to know how long you cooked the veggies in the crock pot and was the setting on high or low?

I had the crock pot on low the whole time. And it took about 3hrs. Tried to time it just right with the butt, but you never can be sure when that butt Will be done.

Thanks guys for all your comments. Its nice to try something different than pulled pork sandwiches all the time, and pork roast with vegetables is a long time favorite.
