I am not in that area, but you might be surprised if you take up a conversation with your local butcher at the nearest grocery store. I know a few people who have done so and they have had good results and the butchers there start looking out for them. If you let them know that you are interested and want them to be your meat provider and they respond favorably, then shop there. If they don't, on the way out of the store be sure to stop by the store manager and let him know why you are taking your business elsewhere.
