Burnt End Poutine (For the Canadians Out There)

After months waiting for an opportunity to try it, everything unfolded perfectly! I'm talking Burnt End Poutine from Boneheads BBQ in Halifax. They don't have it all the time. Usually, you can find the tweet when they do have it. Fresh cut fries smothered with cheddar cheese (think they mentioned curds wouldn't hold up to the intense flavour) rich gravy made from brisket drippings, laced with burnt ends and of course - brisket burnt ends! Surprisingly, the poutine doesn't feel heavy at all - just a dish of INTENSE flavour. If you like poutine and BBQ, and you find yourself in Halifax, this should be a must try on your list.
