Burgers on new Grill Grates

has anyone replaced their standard gas grill "cooking grids" with grill grates, rather than just laying them on top?
6 of the 17x5's will fit my gas grill perfectly

I move mine from grill to grill and like that I am able to do that. The more that I use them, the better I like them.
So far I have done burgers, steaks, chops, chicken on and off the bone, bacon, hash brown patties, french fries,
italian sausage, brats, dogs, and tri-tip on mine. There fun to work with.
