Buffalo + Lemon Pepper with Vortex?

Rather than deep fry, have any of you tried to cook wings up with these flavors with your vortex?
 
The Vortex will give you crispy fried-like skin; so I see no reason why it wouldn't work. Chicken is great to experiment with because it's not going to break the bank.
 
I haven't use those flavours before Mac. But I have done quite a few wings/thighs with the vortex. The best way to cook them imo.
I see no reason why those flavours would not work. Citrus fruits go well with bird. Lemon Chicken, Duck a L'Orange for example.

Edit: I did wings/thighs with orange wood for smoke. Excellent, and not too heavy.
