Right Brian. I use the Cambro's too, just don't have the big ones. Have two Homers so why not use them :cool: I won't be one to tell you that $32 was too much unless it meant someone in your house couldn't eat because of it ;) I love my tools.... and have never felt bad about the $ spent as long as they saw good use. The Homers though have been the ticket for curing the big stuff like big hams, turkeys and the like and those big zip locks are great to keep around.

Have to say I like that one Frank got from his partner. If it came with a lid even better!

For all the dog owners out there. The 4-sided red plastic Milk Bone pail with the snap on lid is made of food grade plastic and has become my brining container. It is approx a 5-gal container.
