Brisket...Thick slice or thin, your preference?

I prefer mine as thin as I can cut it. Sorta like a steak um' sandwich. Was even thinking about getting meat slicer just for my briskets...lol.

I like my slices around 1/4" inch thick.

I'm in the 1/8"-3/16" camp. 1/8" slices for sammies and 3/16" for the plate.
