Chris G's Brisket recipe
I had found this recipe on the Beef Recipes forum posted by Chris G and I wanted to repost it because I have used his marinade now 3 times, twice with the Texas BBQ #2 rub and the brisket is incredible!!!
Now I just use Chris's Marinade and don't follow his multi stage cooking method, however I do spray an apple juice mixture on it during cooking.
The brisket comes out soooo good and everyone is in love with it.
