Brisket in the GWN

Always on the lookout for brisket. Few and far between up here but one of the local stores has points (trimmed to within an inch of their lives) for $15/lb.

That's about $11.60US / lb .

Needless to say, someone else can have it

Not to rub it in, but Costco had prime packers for $3.19 yesterday. Lots of them because of St. Patrick's Day. They had a lot of prime beef ribs too. I was sorely tempted.

Not at all. We got tons of ribs for half of what u pay. I would like some brisket though......
