I picked up a marked down brisket for $1.51 per pound this morning from Walmart. It was only about 9 lbs but that sould be enough for a meal. hehehe. Sell by date was 4-2-2021 so I have it in the fridge. I think I know what I will putting on the Genesis 1000 next.
