Brisket flat

Can someone tell me approximately how long it will take to cook a 5 pound brisket flat and about what temp to pull?

What temp are you cooking at? 1- 11/2 hrs per pound is normal. Don't go by temperature to tell if it's done use a probe to test for tender. Probe should insert with very little resistance.

Duh that would have been helpful. I plan on cooking about 250.
