Brisket & butts


 
Looks good. How long did you smoke the butts and how many pounds were they?
Heck, I don't remember. I bought them several weeks ago & froze them. Probably 8 lbs each uncooked. Brisket was probably 12 lbs. I started the fire @ 9 pm. Put meat on @ 11 pm. Placed in foil pan with a bottle of beer & covered @ 6am. Pulled the butts @ 9am. Brisket @ 10 am.
