Brisket & Beans for 22 folks?

About how many pounds of raw brisket do I need to feed a family group of 22? Its gonna be 3 generations so I am guessing about 2/3 adults and 1/3 kids - 15 Adults and 7 kids.

Maybe a couple of pounds of dogs???
 
Flats or packers? Are you going for all sliced, or sliced flat and some "burnt ends" from the points?

Rich, several months back I was talking with one of the meat buyers for WalMart... His advice was never buy meat there. However, he personally bought all of his (and so do I) at Sam's. World of difference between the meats at both locations. Here's to hoping you have a SC nearby in Saint Louie.
 
Lee, In St Louis I buy at Sams but I will be in Springfield MO (actually Rogersville) and I really don't know what is out there
