Brisket and Butts

2nd overnight smoke tonight for daughter's 1st birthday party.

Using minion. Started about 7:15 pm. At 8:30 top rack is holding at 245 F.

10 lb brisket bottom rack and three shoulders about 6-7 lbs each.

Top rack is pretty crowded with three shoulders.

I spread them out as best as I can, but still touching. Will this add time? Should I prop them up longways? Or will this correct itself as the shrinking starts?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
