Brisket and a Chuck Roll on the same cook? Insanity?

I'm tinking of doing a chuck roll and full packer on the same cook for a party in a few weeks. (Yes I know this is a lot of meat.)

Can anyone think of a reason why it would be a bad idea to do these at the same time?

Both are beef. Pork would also be nice. The chuck roll will feed a lot of people! No matter what you cook, they will LOVE it!!!! I've never had any complaints yet with smoking. BTW, I'm only a stones throw away

Hey why not? We can hold smokestock in Long Island at a 3 year old's birthday party.

Bet I can get my wife, mother and mother in law to go along with that easy! Well at least my little girl would go along with it as long as you guys brought birthday cake.
