My WSM is not even here yet (ups tracker says tomorrow or tuesday), but I bought a temp gauge.
It is a Brinkman Smoke 'N Pit screw in type gauge. Temp goes from 50-500 degrees, and it cost $24.99.
From looking at the section on mounting temp gauges, I didnt see any mention of this type of gauge, and was wondering about the hole size to drill.
For my first few cooks, I will probably just hang it in the vent, but will want to mount it before long.
Anyone got or know about this gauge and what size hole to drill? thanks in advance for any replies.
