Brinerated pork chops

If you haven't tried these Brinerated Pork Chops yet you really need to. Thanks Bob for passing this along.

I tucked this recipe away for when I didn't have alot of time to marinate. They had great subtle flavor with no additional seasoning.

To complement them, I made some pan fried lo mein noodles in seasame oil and soy sauce on the CI over direct heat. Sorry no pictures. But trust me!
