Brined Rosemary Pork Chops


 
Try a homemade with good bread, apples, currants, toasted chopped pecans, onion, celery, thyme, and parsley.

The brine looks easy enough to make.
Good thing I grow my own Rosemary.
Think I'll do the homemade stuffing since
I bake my own bread and always have some left over.

The brine is easy. It adds a really nice flavor to the chop and keeps them nice and juicy.

Homemade stuffing would be preferred. With homemade bread -- even better!!
